TvShow: "Fearless" - Pilot. Part I, II and III

I capped Parts I, II and III from the "Fearless" pilot. This is a show starred by Rachael Leigh Cook and Ian Somerhalder that was picked up by the WB and a week before the premier they decided to cancel it.

Parts IV and V are coming.

TvShow: "Fearless" - Pilot.

I made caps for the whole Pilot one. Here are the caps for Part IV and V: Fearless.
Parts I, II and III can be downloaded from here:

The downloads do work, but because they are in GeoCities (Yahoo) sometimes, if you get an error, have to wait a few minutes and then it'll work. Let me know if you have any more problems.

Credits welcome :)

a problem on the saved screen ratio

have browsed the rules and there seems to be nothing against posting a question about capping. if there is, the moderators have the power to delete this entry o' mine. also checked the tutorial memories.

i have both PowerDVD (dunno what version) and Windows Media classic players. and it's really the first time i've tried to screencap a DVD (LoTR:FoTR extended edition). i used the Windows Media Classic player first, but when i checked the .jpg file i found that the picture was... well, squashed. it wasn't in the picture size i expected it to be (like most of the large, HD ones in this community). i tried using PowerDVD next, but it came out with the same result.

um, tips anyone? is there something/s i forgot to tweak on either or (better) both systems? or can anyone recommend a screencap-enabling player that preserves the 16:9 (that's the DVD screen ratio right?) screen aspect?

much thanks.

edit: i forgot to mention (because maybe this influences it). my monitor is a 15-inch Dell LCD monitor.

Abbott and Costello Meet The Mummy

I noticed that nobody has capped any Abbott and Costello movies (at least none are listed in memories) and decided to fill this obvious gap with Abbott and Costello Meet The Mummy.

If you're too young to remember watching Abbott and Costello movies on TV as a kid, it might help to know that this duo is the pair that wrote and made the "Who's On First" gag famous. If you don't know what that is, well, find out. Anyway, three samples (a bit smaller than the actual) are under the cut, and the gallery is here: http://pics.livejournal.com/renoir_girl/gallery/0000y7d5
